Shopping Basics

We’ll give you an estimated delivery date when you check out.. The date will also be included in your order confirmation email.

OPTION 1: 

STANDARD

  • Free delivery charge for orders of Rp. 3.000.000 or more
  • Rp. 150.000 for orders of less than Rp. 3.000.000
  • Arrives in 5-8 business days

EXPRESS

  • Rp. 350.000
  • Arrived in 2-3 business days

OPTION 2:

Orders shipping throughout Indonesia:

  • Standard (6-8 Business Days)
  • FedEx Ground (5-7 Business Days)
  • FedEx Air (4-6 Business Days)

International orders shipping:

  • International (10-15 Business Days)
  • International Plus (10-15 Business Days)*

 

Orders received between Monday and Friday before 3:00 PM (West-Indonesian Standard Time / GMT +7) are typically processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or Public holidays.

Shipping:

  • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to completing your payment details. 
  • Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be presented with a list of Shipping Methods and their associated costs. 
  • We will ship your order as soon as we receive the order and payment from you.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of your shipping date. 
  • The condition of the products must be as it was first purchased, unused, unwashed, and has not been altered, in order to get a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Once we receive your return, our warehouse may take 7-10 business days to process your refund.  When your return has been refunded to the original payment method, we’ll give you an email confirmation.
  • When returning any items of Weidenmann’s products, include the box, purchase receipt, and the price tag

Option 1: We’re sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations for orders placed online. Customers outside Indonesia who wish to purchase Weidenman’s products will need to contact us directly or find a local Weidenmann representative.

Option 2: Yes, except for some countries that will not appear in the scroll list. We ship internationally via UPS and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Just input your shipping address once you checkout and select your country from the dropdown.

Payments

We currently accept the following forms of payment:

  1. Credit Cards – VISA, MasterCard, JCB
  2. Virtual Account/Bank Transfer

After your bank transfer payment has been successfully completed, our system will take

approximately 1.5 hours for verification and confirmation of your payment.

Option 1: Weidenmann only accepts credit cards issued from banks listed in Indonesia with Indonesian billing and shipping addresses.

Option 2: Yes, we recommend asking your bank to enable international purchases on your card. You will be notified at checkout if international purchases need to be enabled.

Please note, some banks may charge a small transaction fee for international orders.

We take the guesswork out of it for you. At checkout, the total of your order includes all relevant taxes and fees.

Shipping & Returns

If you would like to return the item purchased at weidenmann.com within 30 days, you’re welcome to set up a return free of charge. Start your return by clicking through: weidennmann.com and go to the returns option. Once we receive and process your return, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to the payment method you originally used within 7 -10 business days. We’ll send you a confirmation via email when we have initiated a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.

It may take 7-10 business days for your return to reach our return center. Your refund will be handled and applied to your original method of payment after it has been received and inspected.  Please note that depending on our credit card company, it takes additional time to post to your account.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, our warehouse goes to work right away to get it to you for your seamless experience. Unfortunately, because of this, there isn’t a delay that allows us time to cancel or change orders once they’re submitted.
